What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Any replacements or refunds are viewed on a case-by-case basis. For goods damaged in transit or lost during shipment, please contact me as soon as possible!

Refunds and cancellations

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours (no exceptions). I cannot assist with packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please remember, all sales are final, but do not hesitate to reach out for questions or concerns! I am happy to help. Due to the nature of pre-orders, orders containing these items cannot be cancelled.

If you're missing part of your order, please contact me and we will reach a solution.

When will I receive my pre-order?!

Due to the nature of pre-orders, these items will be shipped after production has completed. For pre-order updates please visit our production progress page! Orders containing pre-orders with in-stock merchandise will only ship when the pre-order item is ready.


Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping options are available to all orders at no additional cost!
Please add a note to your order requesting gift wrapping. If you would like to add a custom note card please also include it here.
This includes:

• Tissue paper wrapping
• Custom note card (upon buyers request)


How long will it take to ship my order?

I do my best to have orders ready to ship ASAP. Orders will be shipped on Tuesdays & Thursdays. If you need your order to go out sooner please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. This may waiver depending on the amount of orders I need to fulfill.


When will my order arrive?

It is important to us that you get your items as soon as possible therefore, standard orders are shipped using USPS first class mail. Customers have the option of choosing their preferred shipping method at checkout(prices may vary). A tracking number will be provided to all orders. If you would like to check on the progress of your package, please use the provided tracking number. 

Where is my order coming from?

All orders are packaged and shipped by myself in South Florida.

Help! I put the wrong shipping address... what do I do?

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are giving us the correct shipping information. We understand that sometimes people make mistakes, if you'd like to change the address on your order please contact us immediately. You (buyer) are responsible for any increased value in postage. We cannot change your shipping address if your order has been shipped out.
